Rikunj Moradia is the Co-Founder of Aariha BIM Works, bringing together the perspectives of an engineer, construction professional, and real estate developer. With a Civil Engineering degree from Nirma University, postgraduate studies in Construction Management from NICMAR, and experience with organizations such as Shapoorji Pallonji, Vijay Nirman, and Shaligram Group, he has developed a deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle. Driven by a passion for BIM, technology, and innovation, he co-founded Aariha BIM Works to help construction founders achieve better coordination, smarter decision-making, and more efficient project delivery.

Ninad Shah is the Co-Founder of Aariha BIM Works and a construction professional driven by a passion for turning complex projects into coordinated, buildable realities. With a Civil Engineering background and extensive experience in project execution at Shapoorji Pallonji, followed by the founding of Aariha Consultants, he gained firsthand insight into the challenges of project management and construction delivery. Recognizing BIM's potential to improve coordination, accuracy, and efficiency, he co-founded Aariha BIM Works with a vision to help project founders build smarter, streamline workflows, and deliver projects with greater confidence.
