Skyzenia is an iconic high-rise residential skyscraper in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, soaring to a height of 165 meters with 43 stories. Aariha BIM Works delivered comprehensive Level of Development (LOD) 350 modeling services for the project, featuring full architectural, structural, and MEPF coordination. Our scope included clash detection and resolution, detailed Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, and precise Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) to guarantee flawless site execution.
